“ Whenever I shop at the mall, I always stop at this eatery in the food court. Food is very tasty and the service has always been good. The servers behind the counter are friendly and kind. I wish I could give the atmosphere a better rating, but after all, it is a food court in a mall. ”
“ I ordered the paneer tikka masala pizza. The medium size was a little over 20 which comes with 6 slices. It took a little over 10 minutes for it to be made, no rush. I had to wait to eat it because I went to see a movie (I’m not going back to that theatre lol). When I got to try more of my food later on, I really enjoyed it. The employee was friendly and asked me what type of paneer style I wanted. Honestly, I was a bit discouraged by some of the reviews left on here, but I finally had to give their pizza a try. I had their Indian-style cauliflower wings which were great. I would come back again and maybe even order a pizza or two for my upcoming college graduation party. ”

As we’re waiting in line at Royal Pizza Point inside Puyallup’s South Hill Mall Food Court, ahead of us, a man dressed in tattered garments appearing economically challenged, was offered free pizza. The handsome clerk behind the counter initiated, the generous gesture without provocation, simply, out of the goodness of his heart. This act of kindness, was so moving to see! If that had not been enough, next in line, was a young boy, timidly, asking... “if they did anything for people on their birthday?” The clerk behind the counter, asked the boy which pizza he wanted and proceeded to box what he’d chosen, then handed it to him free of charge. I URGE EVERYONE IN THE PUYALLUP AREA TO SUPPORT ROYAL PIZZA, A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED RESTAURANT. AS A COMMUNITY, LET’S SHOW OUR SUPPORT FOR ROYAL PIZZA @ SOUTH HILL MALL. ”
“ Great pizza and service. Very fresh, large slices with the stretchy cheese you expect from quality pizza. Even got praise from my picky son! Will definitely eat from here again. ”

“ Let me say with all due respect food is delicious, and doesn’t take too long, however some staff seem to be distracted from time to time and need their attention drawn back to customers, and occasionally the attitude is off putting, but Gagam seems nice. However today I noticed my total was 11 dollars or so, and right before confirming the transaction, it said service charge and became 17 and some change :/ ”
